Every event is different and it's customizible, Prices may very.

  • Initial consultation
  • Personalized Welcome Packet containing your completed contract,  recommended preferred vendors, and coordination checklist
  • Unlimited e-mails and texts
  • Final venue walk-through
  • Construction of event timeline
  • Construction of layout
  • Construction of set-up checklist
  • Distribution of finalized timeline to all vendors
  • Confirmation of all vendors
  • Full Event management for up to 6 hours on the day of event
  • One coordinator
  • Use of emergency kit
  • Set-up of décor according to specifications
  • Check-in and direction of vendors
  • Handling of any event day emergencies
  • Greeting and assistance of arriving guests
  • Cueing of music
  • Management of timeline and coordination of event flow
  • Cueing of vendors and guests for activities
  • Breakdown and clean up
  • Vendor mediation, if needed

 *Please note: An assistant may be required in order to execute your event if the venue does not provide set-up/breakdown of furniture, the layout of your venue is challenging, you are bringing in large amounts of décor, you are not utilizing full-service catering, or your guest count is over 40. We will do our best to ascertain the need for additional staff at the initial consultation, but final decisions will be made at the venue walk-through based on the full scope of the event.

  • Venue Search and tours (for up to three venues) $300
  • Additional event planning meetings $100 per meeting
  • Vendor meetings $100 per meeting

  • Additional hours on event date $100 per hour
  • Additional staff on event date $15 per hour per staff member
  • Guest count over 120, add $150
  • Guest count over 200, add $300
  • Travel fee for venues more than 45 miles from 141 Mockingbird Lane 78633 $100
  • Pick-up and return of linen rentals to local rental company $75
  • Delivery of personal items to the venue $50
  • Pick-up and delivery of additional items to the venue $25/location (additional staff may be required at additional hourly rate)
  • Décor shopping: reimbursement of expenses plus $25 per store
  • Transportation of personal décor and leftovers after event to location within 20 miles $25
  • Yard Jenga rental $10
  • Cornhole rental $25
